SEO Tools

We continue to develop a number of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) tools to enhance a website's presence on the internet. Deeplify puts you in control of your website's SEO allowing you to be found organically. We charge a one-off fee to add these tools to your site.

These tools include:

  • Friendly URLs - changing an ID based URL to something readable which adds value to a search engine and also makes it easier for your website's user to remember. For example www.mydomain.com/index.php?id=23%u201D can be converted to www.mydomain.com/contact/.
  • XML sitemaps - this is key tool for a search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Live to discover all the pages within your website. Deeplify can automatically generate these based on the pages you have published on your website. These come in 2 formats, HTML (which is visible to users on your website) and XML (which can be submitted to most major search engines).
  • Meta tags - these are elements which help a search engine decipher what information the page contains. They consist of the browser title, keywords and descriptions. Every page can and should be customised to reflect the content available on the page to the user. This allows search engine to rank your page with a relevancy score and thus place it higher in the search results.
  • Menu link titles - Deeplify gives you the ability to write a text description of every menu item you have in your website. This is not on a key to passing accessibility tests but also gives a search engine more information about what a link contains.

Deeplify lets us know when there's an error

08.12.09
We've now coded Deeplify to send us an alert if there is an error on your site. Errors can happen through user updating, server upgrades etc that are out of our control. If an error should occur on the site we'll receive an email that will allow us fix any problems. This minimises the risk of the error being seen by your web audience.
